——–Focus-聚焦 Model United Nations Conference in UIBE——–
On October 20,five of our society members attended the MUN conference in UIBE. Delegates from 6 universities represented 3 developed countries and 2 developing countries. The topic is "how to reduce greenhouse gas emission". BFSU represented France. Gu Fengfeng gave the prepared speech on France position. She performed so graceful and spoke fluently that attracted everybody. Then, every delegate grabbed the chance to express his or her own idea whithin 30 seconds in a discussion.
Then Wang Yushun represented the Drafting Committee to make a sppech on DR. It passes unanimously.
Finally, after the discussion of the Chairs, our delegation won the “Distinguished Delegation”award and Gu Fengfeng won the “Best Delegate”. Congratulations~~~
Because of this performed MUN conference, we have paid much more attention to our environment.We have only earth, everybody should take responsibility to protect it. Just as the old saying goes “Don't do nothing due to the benefit is little” . Protect the environment from now on!!!

Arab League Secretary-General Nabil al-Arabi said that he hoped the death of ousted Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, who ruled Libya with an iron fist for four decades, would "turn the page of tyranny."
